Coloring Contest Official Rules:
1. Three Age groups:
pre-school 3-5, youth 6-8,
pre-teen 9-12.
One prize of a first, second and third place ribbon will be awarded to each group at the beginning of the Kern Valley Nature Festival program on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 7 p.m. Family Life Center, Foursquare Gospel Church, Sycamore & Panorama, Wofford Heights, CA.
2. One entry per child, but multiple children per household allowed
3. Submitted artwork becomes the property of the Kern Valley Sun and the Kern Valley Festivals committee
4. Must have valid contact information to participate
5. Winners will be contacted via email or phone. Ribbons will be mailed if not picked up the night of the festival program.
6. Entries may be accepted by mail or hand delivery to Kern Valley Sun, Attn: Marsha Smith, P.O. Box 3074, 6404 Lake Isabella Blvd, Lake Isabella, CA, 93240.
7. Judges decision is final. Winners will be posted during the festival program and on Spring Nature Festival website with child's first name and last initial, age, and school
8. Contest Entry must be submitted by parent or guardian 18 years of age or older
9. Entry must be postmarked no later than April 24, 2007.
10. Must be the child's actual work
